課程概述

本校有兩門幫助學生了解青少年的基本心理狀態的課程，一為「發展心理學」、二為「青少年心理學」。發展心理學是一門以科學的理論及方法了解個體在知覺、認知、語言、性格、情緒、人際關係等向度上發展之現象的學問，其所採取的是全人生（由出生到死亡）的觀點。青少年心理學則將現象的描述與理論的推演皆侷限於青少年的階段。

但是，青少年此時此刻的行為並非憑空而來，難免與其天生氣質、發展藍圖、以及過去成長經驗有關。因此，本課程中會將發展心理學的基本理論與現有實徵研究結果做一簡介，再著重於對青少年期各發展主題之整合及其間關聯性的介紹。
 

課程目標
 「青少年心理學」這門課，不會直接傳授班級經營或心理輔導的技巧。而是透過介紹心理學的理論及研究方法，幫助修習中等教育學程的同學在未來的職場上得以透過心理學的多元思維，深入思考青少年所面臨的成長衝擊。也透過心理學理論推演的邏輯訓練，讓同學們有一套方法來檢視自己在教學與班級經營上的盲點。

本課程一方面為師資培育中心之「增能課程」，另一方面為開放給全校之「通識課程」。這兩班合併上課，一方面召募到了關心青少年發展的未來師資，另一方面也廣納了本校具有不同學科領域專長的高年級和研究所同學。因為這樣的修課學生組合，使同學們在獲得基本的青少年心理學知識外，還透過小組討論與團體報告摩擦出了不同的溝通、領導、自省、關懷、及創新、超越的火花。
 
課程要求
 對上課的要求：不點名；上課請不要講話；隨身手機請務必關機；請勿錄音；歡迎抄筆記

非心理系同學之計分標準為：
期中及期末考各占35%。研究報告占30%。其中18%由老師評分決定，12%由組內同學投票決定。

心理系同學，不論以任何編號註冊，評分標準為：
期中及期末考各占30%。研究報告占40%。其中28%由老師評分決定，12%由組內同學投票決定。老師評分之依據為(1)口頭、書面報告之總體品質(2)組內心理系同學（包括輔系、雙修心理系者）之總人數，人數少者酌量加分。
